Entry fee
Entry fee for each member of an official delegation is € 310 per person.
This fee is applicable for all delegations, including athletes, coaches, managers, head of delegations and other officials connected to each team.

Guest fee
Fee for guests/supporters in excess of the official delegation is € 140.
This fee is for additional guests arriving with the teams and staying at the official hotel.
The fee includes airport transfers, shuttle service, bus transfer to and from the banquet as well as access to the banquet.

Extra fee
There will be a € 75 charge for other visitors and unregistrered guests wanting access to the banquet.

Unofficial Practice
will be possible on Fri, 31^st March, 10.00 – 01.00, and Sat, 1^st April, 09.00 – 01.00 at a cost of € 25 per lane per hour – to be paid directly in the bowling center.
There will be no restriction for the reservation of the number of lanes.

Payment information
All fees (including hotel accomodation) must be pre-paid before the event takes place.
After receipt of form A to D, an invoice will be issued and sent to each federation participating.
The invoice includes bank information and states the total amount as well as deadline for payment.
